to make the manifolds, I doubt that I could find anyone that would touch that. What I have found is that North American shops will only do easy jobs, not matter how much you offer to pay, they seem "lazy" to me. The Japanese fabricators seem to be open to anything, and if they cannot do it, they will learn and practice until they can. The rage over there is not to bend piping, but to fab the bends out of many cut pie-shaped pieces of pipe.
